Important note
The prices apply to the rooms reserved for the ISMIS 2017 conference only. Please ask the hotel reception for a room reserved for the ISMIS 2017 conference to get the reduced price (use ISMIS 2017 as a promotional code during reservation). The number of rooms at the reduced price is limited. Please make the reservation before May 18 in case of Polonia, MDM and Metropol hotels, and before May 25 in case of IBIS PAN hotel.
For Polonia, MDM and Metropol hotels guests are obliged to confirm their arrival and provide their credit card number as a guarantee. Possible cancellation of confirmed reservations can take place up to 7 days before the arrival date. In the case of later cancellations of the reservation or no show, the guest will be charged with costs of cancellation for the first unused day. Payment: directly at the hotel with cash or card.
