ISMIS 2017 Registration
To register for ISMIS 2017, please pay the registration fee and electronically complete the Registration Form. Please note, that for each paper to be included in the ISMIS 2017 proceedings (Springer-Verlag LNCS/LNAI ISMIS 2017 Proceedings) at least one author must register by April 9, 2017 and pay CORRESPONDING fee by April 9, 2017, while for each paper to be included in post-industrial session book (Springer-Verlag Studies in Big Data book) at least one author must register and pay CORRESPONDING fee by May 18, 2017.
If you register after June 18, 2017, a printed copy of Springer-Verlag LNCS/LNAI ISMIS 2017 Proceedings, conference package and guided tour are not guaranteed.

Regular Fee includes attendance at the ISMIS 2017 conference, copy of Springer-Verlag LNCS/LNAI ISMIS 2017 Proceedings, a conference package, 4 lunches, refreshments during breaks, use of conference facilities, admission ticket to the Welcome Reception and ticket to the Conference Dinner. The regular fee applies also for participants with paper accepted for industrial sessions, who wish to attend all events (in such a case, instead of receiving Springer-Verlag LNCS/LNAI ISMIS 2017 Proceedings, a copy of Springer-Verlag Studies in Big Data book will be sent after the conference).
Student Fee includes attendance at the ISMIS 2017 conference, copy of Springer-Verlag LNCS/LNAI ISMIS 2017 Proceedings, a conference package, 4 lunches, refreshments during breaks, use of conference facilities. The student fee applies also for students with paper accepted for industrial sessions, who wish to attend all events (in such a case, instead of receiving Springer-Verlag LNCS/LNAI ISMIS 2017 Proceedings, a copy of Springer-Verlag Studies in Big Data book will be sent after the conference). A student registration fee requires from the author's university department a confirmation of the student's status, which has to be delivered with the registration form.
Industrial Session Fee includes attendance at the Industrial Session of ISMIS 2017 conference, copy of Springer-Verlag Studies in Big Data book (to be send after the conference), a conference package, 1 lunch, refreshments during breaks, use of conference facilities.
If you register after June 18, 2017, a printed copy of Springer-Verlag LNCS/LNAI ISMIS 2017 Proceedings, conference package and guided tour are not guaranteed.

Payments should be made to Warsaw University of Technology by bank transfer to the account given below.
Please make sure to cover exchange rates and bank transfer commissions in connection with the transfer so that payment in full amount is transfered to Warsaw University of Technology bank account.

In the case of early REGULAR and STUDENT registrations, the bank transfer confirmation receipt should be sent by April 9, 2017. If that is impossible, at least a copy of a money transfer disposal to the bank must be sent to . In the case of other registrations, while sending the registration form, please attach the bank transfer confirmation receipt.
Cancellation policy (non-authors only)
The registration fee deducted of EUR 50 will be refunded for all written cancellations sent to no later than May 29, 2017. After that date no refund of registration fee will be provided.
